AGRONOMIC STANDARDS
Purpose: To monitor and review certification standards and procedures and to make recommendations to the Board and management about proposed changes.

APPROVED FACILITIES
Purpose: To recommend and review standards and procedures for approving plants to condition certified seed, and to make recommendations regarding the Approved Conditioners Program.

FOUNDATION SEED
Purpose: To review the Foundation Seed Program and to recommend policies and procedures, including proposed seed sale prices and prices to be paid to contract growers.
