Advertising in the MCIA DirectoryThe Annual MCIA Directory is mailed to approximately 2000 users who are agricultural producers, seed conditioners, wholesalers, retailers and many more in the agri-business industry. It is also available electronically on our website. This is an inexpensive opportunity to get your name in front of a large audience. We look forward to seeing your business highlighted in the MCIA Directory! To submit an ad, please send in your ad copy, payment, and an advertising contract (ad contracts can be requested by calling 1-800-510-6242, or send an email to janet.daninger@mncia.org. The Directory is published every September. Please submit your advertising materials (including payment) no later than August 15.
Preferred electronic formats include PDF, TIF, or EPS files. Other formats may be acceptable; please call 1-800-510-6242 to inquire about other formats. We can scan a business card or other printed material for your ad for a $25/hour rate, however the quality of the scans will vary significantly. It is highly recommended that you submit a native file (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) if you have one available as this will produce the highest quality reproduction. We want to ensure that your advertisement is printed as accurately and cleanly as possible. Therefore, you must proof and sign off on your advertisement before we will print it. A copy will be sent to you for review after we receive your advertising materials. back to top |
