Forage & Mulch Producers are surveyed each Spring and Fall. Results are sent to Mn/DOT and posted on this website under the Main Forage & Mulch page. If you have Certified Weed Seed Free Forage & Mulch available, fill out this form and mail it, fax it to MCIA at 612-625-3748 or email it to janet.daninger@mncia.org.
