Special instructions for QA application for field inspection

This program is used for all fields from which the produced seed will be labeled with the QA label.

Read through the General Instructions on filling out a Field Application. The following is additional information specific to the QA program.

1. F = Foundation R = Registered C = Certified QA = Quality Assurance RR = Roundup Ready IP = Identity Preserved.
2. If previous crop is same as crop grown this year, note the variety and seed class of previous crop.
3. Identity of seed planted.

  • The seed class to be produced are as follows:
    • QA - One field inspection per field.
    • QA2 - Two field inspections per field.
    • If more than two inspections are being requested, indicate QA and the number of inspections desired.
  • Identity of seed produced is MANDATORY for this program. A tag or invoice is acceptable. The produced seed is only eligible for the QA label if this information is provided.
